Buzz is the President of Lakewest, Inc, Founder of Belgravia Group Ltd., and Principal in the law firm of Ruttenberg, Gilmartin Reis LLC. He obtained an undergraduate degree at Cornell University, a J.D., cum laude from Northwestern University School of Law, and pursued post-graduate studies at London School of Economics.
For more than 55 years, Buzz has been actively involved in the development of residential, retail and commercial properties, principally located in the core communities of Chicago. Buzz is a Lifetime Trustee of the Francis W. Parker School and actively serves on the boards for Friends of the Parks, UCAN, the Conservation Center, The Founder’s Counsel of the Field Museum, the Art Institute’s Photography Department Committee, the Chicago Jewish Federation’s Partnership Together Committee and was a member for the Dean’s Advisory Council of Northwestern University School of Law.
His honors include the 2010 Hall of Fame Award from Northwestern University School of Law Small Business Opportunity Center and the 2007 Key Legend Award of the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago. Additionally, Mr. Ruttenberg was the emcee for the 2012 Chicago Association of Realtors Good Neighbor Awards and was inducted to the Chicago Association of Realtors Hall of Fame as a Developer.e

Geoffrey is a three-year graduate from Tufts University and has since accumulated over 33 years of real estate experience, which includes owning and operating several development companies such as The Brixton Group, Ltd. and his present company, Third Generation Partners LLC.
These companies have been involved in numerous developments, primarily throughout the Chicago’s Northside. Geoffrey's vision and artistic style has resulted in an array of dramatic and dynamic product throughout the City, as well as numerous recognition for said efforts. Two examples include his Streeterville collaboration with Helmut Jahn and the introduction of the CA23 Series into the West Loop.
On the soccer side of his career, Geoffrey is the Director of Soccer Operations and the Head Coach for the Varsity Boys and Varsity Girls Soccer Programs at Lincoln Park High School. There he has brought several conference titles to the School in his 7 years with the Program. Geoffrey has more than 15 years of coaching experience, which among other things, includes over 350 games coached.
