Our store is hosted on SportzStudio. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. ALL SALES FINAL. * THIS IS YOUR TICKET. PRESENT IT AT THE GATE FOR VALIDATION. * THE BARCODE WILL ONLY SCAN ONCE. DUPLICATE TICKETS OR BARCODES WILL BE REFUSED ENTRY
All sales final. No refunds except in the event of performance cancellation. All claims limited to a refund of the ticket price. All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks for any event for which this ticket is issued whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual event. Any activity likely to interfere with the performance or endanger the holder of this ticket or others lawfully assembled on the premises will result in immediate eviction from the premises.
No cameras, video, or recording devices are allowed in the facility without the promoter's consent. Cellular phones may not be used in the audience seating area. Ticket holder consents to a reasonable inspection for contraband items before entering the facility. Late arrivals and patrons re-entering the theater will be seated at the management's discretion. Audio enhancers are available for the hearing impaired.
This ticket is a revocable license, which may be withdrawn at any time, with or without cause. The holder, on behalf of the holder and any minor accompanying the holder (individually and collectively, "Holder"), agrees to the terms hereof. By using this ticket and entering the arena, Holder agrees to be bound by all of the terms of this license. Any unauthorized transmission, picture or other depiction or description of any event or any surrounding activities (in whole or in part) for which this ticket is issued (the "Event") is prohibited without the express written consent of the operator of the arena (collectively, the "Operator") and/or any licensee of the arena (the "Arena Licensee"), as applicable. This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests or sweepstakes) or any other trade or commercial purposes, without the express written consent of the Operator and/or the Arena Licensee, as applicable. Holder grants permission to the Operator and the Arena Licensees (and their designees) to utilize Holder's image, likeness, actions and/or statements in any live or recorded audio, video or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the Event in any medium or context for any purpose, including commercial or promotional purposes, without further authorization or compensation. Breach of any of the terms of this license, failure to comply with arena rules, or the refunding to Holder of the printed purchase price on the face of this ticket shall automatically terminate any rights that Holder may have hereunder, shall render illegal and unauthorized Holder's use of the ticket for any purpose, and shall authorize the Operator or the Arena Licensee to withdraw the ticket at any time prior to the Event, refuse admission to the arena or eject Holder from the arena. Breach of any of the terms of this license shall also subject Holder to all legal remedies available to the Operator and the Arena Licensees. Resale or attempted resale of this ticket in violation of applicable law is grounds for seizure or cancellation without refund or other compensation. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be stolen or counterfeit and, if so, are void. The Operator reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct the Operator deems disorderly, obnoxious or unbecoming. The Operator reserves the right to change the location, date and/or starting time of the Event shown on the front of this ticket, and no such change shall entitle Holder to a refund of the purchase price for this ticket.
HOLDER (1) VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISK AND DANGER OF PERSONAL INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH) AND ALL OTHER HAZARDS ARISING FROM, OR RELATED IN ANY WAY TO, THE EVENT, WHETHER OCCURRING PRIOR TO, DURING, OR AFTER THE EVENT, HOWSOEVER CAUSED AND WHETHER BY NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE;
(2) AGREES THAT OPERATOR, ARENA LICENSEE, OWNER OF THE ARENA, AND ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND CONTRACTORS ("RELEASED PARTIES") ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH) OR PROPERTY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM ANY CAUSE; AND (3) RELEASES AND HOLDS HARMLESS THE RELEASED PARTIES REGARDLESS OF WHETHER ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE IS CAUSED BY ANY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES' NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE. There is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where people are present. COVID -19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By entering the venue, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, and Venue disclaims any and all liability related thereto.
