Chicago House AC Open Tryouts

2022 Chicago House AC Open Tryout Information:

Dates: Saturday, August 20 and Sunday, August 21, 2022

Location: Trinity Christian College, 6153 W College Drive, Alsip, 60463

Registration Time: 9:00am to 9:45am

Open Tryout Time: 10:00am to 12:00pm

Prior to Registering, Please Note:

• There is a $60 registration fee for this Open Tryout.
• Tryout registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
• This is a TWO-day tryout.
• You must be present both days.
• When you register, make sure that you fill out all the required information that is asked for completely.
• Once you fill out the required information, you will be directed to a second link to complete for your registration fee.  

Chicago House AC COVID-19 Protocols:

The following protocols will be in place for all Chicago House AC Open Tryout dates:

1. All participants are encouraged to be fully vaccinated prior to taking part in Open Tryouts (information on how to find a vaccination site near you can be found HERE.
2. Upon arrival each participant should check in at the registration table which will be located next to the field. Chicago House AC staff will be present to provide instructions.
3. Each participant will be asked to complete any pending registration documents/waivers.
4. Due to COVID-19 safety restrictions each player should bring their own water/isotonic beverage. We will not be providing this on-site.

To complete your Tryout Registration please fill out all fields below.  Once you submit your form, you will be brought to a second URL to pay for the tryout.  Please note your tryout registration is not complete until both registration info and payment has been submitted.
